Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@clearpassageofficial.com. Please note that returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. This includes personal care devices such as nasal therapy products.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Used items
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to request a return for the original product (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
